This is Love

 

1 John 4: 9, 10

"In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him. Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins."

This is love when God sent his only son to take upon his body the sins of the whole world.

This is love when Jesus laid down his life that we might have life in him.
This is love when Jesus was mocked, spit upon, beaten, persecuted, and afflicted for our sins.
This is love when Jesus carried the cross to Calvary for our healing, deliverance, and for us to be set free for the work of devil.
This is love when Jesus shredded his blood for the lost.
This is love when Jesus carried our griefs and carried our sorrows.
This is love when Jesus was pierced for our sins.
This is love when Jesus took 39 stripes for our healing upon his body.
The love of God is the greatest love that the world has ever known. "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." John3:16
