Jesus Revealed As The Saviour Of The World

 

 

In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him. Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins. Beloved, if God so loved us, we ought also to love one another.  No man hath seen God at any time. If we love one another, God dwelleth in us, and his love is perfected in us.  Hereby know we that we dwell in him, and he in us, because he hath given us of his Spirit. And we have seen and do testify that the Father sent the Son to be the Saviour of the world. 1 John 4: 9-14

Jesus was revealed to us by his appearing as the Lamb of God that came to take away the sins of the world. The bible says, that "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." John 3:16 This is evidence and proof that Jesus was sent by God to be the Saviour of the world who would save his people from their sins.

The bible also says that the Word was made flesh and dwelt among us. The truth was revealed at the incarnation of Jesus Christ because the Word became a human soul to deliver mankind from sins. 

Jesus Christ is the seed of promise that Father sent to be the Saviour of the world.
