Not My Will But Your Will

Image
And they came to a place which was named Gethsemane: and he saith to his disciples, Sit ye here, while I shall pray. And he taketh with him Peter and James and John, and began to be sore amazed, and to be very heavy; And saith unto them, My soul is exceeding sorrowful unto death: tarry ye here, and watch.   And he went forward a little, and fell on the ground, and prayed that, if it were possible, the hour might pass from him. And he said, Abba, Father, all things are possible unto thee; take away this cup from me: nevertheless not what I will, but what thou wilt. Mark 14: 32-36 Jesus himself said unto God the Father, Not my will but your will, in order words, He accepted the will of God. He said yes to dying upon the cross for the sins of the whole world. He knew that his death upon the cross would save many souls. Therefore he said nevertheless not what I will, but what thou wilt. We too must say unto God not my will but your will let it be done in life fo...

Stay On The Wall

Image
STAY ON THE WALL..... HEAR THE SOUND OF THE TRUMPET... Stay on the wall and continue to do the work! For Nehemiah says to us "So built we the wall was joined together unto the half thereof: for the people had a mind to work. For " The work is great and large, and we are separated upon the wall, one far from another. In what place therefore ye HEAR THE SOUND OF THE TRUMPET, resort ye thither unto us: OUR GOD SHALL FIGHT FOR US....Nehemiah 4: STAY ON THE WALL.....HEAR THE SOUND OF THE TRUMPET... Stay on the wall..... set a watch and pray....."We made our prayer unto our God and set a watch against them day and night, because of them.....

Yes Lord

Image
YES LORD... And when Jesus departed thence, two blind men followed him, crying, and saying, Thou son of David, have mercy on us.    And when he was come into the house, the blind men came to him: and Jesus saith unto them, Believe ye that I am able to do this? They said unto him, Yea, Lord. Then touched he their eyes, saying, According to your faith be it unto you. And their eyes were opened; and Jesus straitly charged them, saying, See that no man know it. Matthew 9:36 Jesus said unto the blind men in verse 28, 29  "Believe ye that I am  able to do this? They said unto the him, Yes Lord. Then touched he their eyes, saying, According to your faith be it unto you."  Jesus asked the blind men a question which he asked to all of us do we believe that he is able to do this. In other words, do we believe as the blind men did as they came to Jesus who were blind and couldn't see yet they came to Jesus with a Yes Lord, I Believe. They could not see...

Never Forsaken

Image
Be strong and of a good courage, fear not, nor be afraid of them: for the Lord thy God, he it is that doth go with thee; he will not fail thee, nor forsake thee. And Moses called unto Joshua, and said unto him in the sight of all Israel, Be strong and of a good courage: for thou must go with this people unto the land which the Lord hath sworn unto their fathers to give them; and thou shalt cause them to inherit it. And the Lord , he it is that doth go before thee; he will be with thee, he will not fail thee, neither forsake thee: fear not, neither be dismayed. Deuteronomy 31:6 - 8 God's has promised to all of those who believe that he will never leave them but will be with them every step of the way. Although many of us may forsake God, turn our back on him and give up on him but God will never leave us even when we have left him for other things, people, money, or the world. Moses in this chapter of Deuteronomy 31 is speaking with Joshua telling him not to ...

Believe On Jesus

Image
He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.   And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. John 3: 18-19 John is saying to us in these scriptures that we must believe on Jesus to be saved. If we don't believe in the Jesus than we are already condemned by our sinful deeds. But there is no reason for anyone to lost their soul to eternal death because God sent his son that all might have life through him. Jesus came that all might have eternal life and not eternal death. If you believe on him as the scriptures has said than you will pass from death unto life.   If we believe on Jesus than we will have eternal life and spend eternity in Heaven with the Father. But we first must believe in and on Jesus to be saved. It's just t...
