God First Loved Us

God loves the whole world and that includes YOU!



1 John 4: 9-10 NKJV

In this the love of God was manifested toward us, that God has sent His only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through Him.  In this is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation for our sins. These scriptures are so powerful to the soul. Just to know that God loved us so much that He gave up His son for our sins. We often look for love in all the wrong places. We look for love in material things, in so - called friends, and even in money. But none of these things have eternal value nor can we find everlasting love in the things of the world.  It is only in Jesus Christ can one find real love. The love of God was manifested unto us by Him sending Jesus Christ.  And life (eternal) was manifested unto us through Jesus Christ.

The  bible declares that God first loved us and not us who loved God first. But it was God who showed His love by his actions. His love was shown through Jesus Christ. "But God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us". Romans 5:8

"But God, being rich in mercy, because of the great love with which he loved us, even when we were dead in our trespasses, and us alive together with Christ ( by grace you have been saved)." Ephensians 2: 4-5

The love of God is greatest love that the  world was ever known. God loves the whole world and that includes YOU!
